Going to Salon or Spa is one of the best thing for me, it's a really a 'me' time to release all the stress out and getting my energy back. If you read my Balayage Hair Update in September, I did my hair at my favorite salon, The Shampoo Lounge in Seminyak, Bali. They have another branch in Nusa Dua area and I'll talk about this one.

Last month, when I got the chance, I wanted to do a head to toe pampering day because it's just perfect for me as this will be one of the best day ever. Imagine getting spoiled and pampered from your hair, body, hand and foot, oh yesss. After strolling down the menu, I decided to get Hot Stone Hair Spa, Hot Stone Pedicure, and Two Weeks Manicure by Shellac.

The Shampoo Lounge Nusa Dua is located inside the Bali Collection area, the nearest entrance is from Entrance A. It's very convenient for people who stay at hotels around Nusa Dua area because there are so many hotels around and the hotels usually provide free shuttle to Bali Collection. But if you're too lazy to go out, they can come to you to deliver the service.

This place looks really eye catching from a far with its yellow entrance and the barber sign. The Shampoo Lounge Nusa Dua offers not only salon service but also spa and even barber, all in one place! No need to worry if you bring a man here or even kids. They can spoil everyone.

Going inside I can see the receptionist area and then there's ladies area on the left for hair and nails stuff while the right area is for men. Behind there are also rooms for spa and massage. Convenient place to be, all you can get here.

I wanted to pamper my hair since it is colored and bleached so it needed extra care. This treatment looks awesome along with the hot stone which is really good for blood circulation. Yet, it's true!

The therapist massaged my head and put some cream to treat my hair, it's really good and relaxing. While my hair's covered to let the cream works, the therapist massaged my shoulder with the hot stone. It felt reaaaalllly good, I love the hot warm sensation so much. I got two in one treatment for it, not only for my hair but for my upper body too and it's really great.


I really recommend this treatment to you who have less time but wanting to have two treatments in a row, this is perfect for your hair and also your upper body. Superrr recommended!

Another hot stone treatment, I was really curious with the hot stone things so I decided to give it a try and yesss I didn't regret it.

My tired feet needed a pedicure and a massage, this one's the best answer. I really love the massage, they used hot stone to massage my feet which felt super good especially for a tired one. The pedicure gave me my perfect toe nails and clean feet. I chose the dark purple color by OPI as the color for my toe nails, love it! Happy feet, happy me!

I've tried OPI manicure and gel manicure but I've never tried Shellac manicure before, I was curious to try. Shellac is nail polish from CND, it delivers 14+ days of high-performance wear and crystal shine with zero dry time and no nail damage.

I chose the color soft pink and darker pink for my ring nail as a color accent. It perfectly matched the color of the flower. It lasted as stated, about two weeks it stayed perfectly on my nails and started to chipped off after. However, I really love this shellac nail polish because it dries faster and easier to use compared to usual gel nail polish.

This place is really recommended for you who need a pampering time with the spa, amazing hair color, and barber time for the men. It's a one stop place for everyone as a spa, salon and barber. Its strategic location is perfect for Nusa Dua area as it's inside Bali Collection area so it's near so many big hotels around the area.
