Back to foodie post! I went here about 4 months ago. Super late post -__-...

As you know, liquid nitrogen ice cream is trending right now, you can find it easily at big cities malls, but it's different in Bali. 

Creamery is one of the pioneer of liquid nitrogen ice cream in Bali. It's located at Jl Raya Pantai Berawa, Canggu. The road is small and a bit of nowhere if you're not used to small road. It's near the Canggu beach, popular place for surfing. I reached there with google maps. Asking people weren't helping -_-. So glad when I found the cute place.

The place isn't big as they only sell ice cream. It's cool white and looks modern, decorated in white and blue color.

This is the menu. Not so many to choose and they tend to have some mixing with topping like Cold Stone. I can spot something I wanted here, I tried the famous Red Velvet Brownies Sandwich Ice Cream.

It's quiet big and thick. Looks soooo yummy!!!

The red velvet brownies is a thick and filled with chocolate chips. It really goes well with the vanilla ice cream inside. I love it! The brownies is sweet but the vanilla melts it down. Would love to try other variants!
